Our Facilities

Opened in May of 2006, May Farms was created as a venue to deliver an experience that is different to all others. 

May Farms is located on 300 acres, immediately south of I-70, 40 minutes from downtown Denver and 20 minutes from E-470. Within one hour of over 3 million people (with residential developments moving closer every day), our facility was developed with the urban resident in mind.

 
  • Sunflower Pavilion - 10,000 sq. ft entertainment venue that meets urban standards with ADA accessible facilities and fire code compliance.
  • Restaurant license and liquor license can be used year round in the Sunflower Pavilion or on the entire 300 acres for special events.
  • 5 acres of lighted parking with more than enough overflow parking available.
  • Area available for camping and overnight vehicles.
  • Can accommodate groups from 10 - 50,000
  • Ample room for sponsorship areas, outdoor staging and numerous other activities.
  • Excellent interstate exposure and easy access to the facility.
All of our spacious meeting rooms have access to audio visual equipment and conference tables that will provide you with everything you need to conduct an efficient business gathering.

Our main assembly room is perfect for entertaining large numbers with easy access to the lounge and wrap-around covered patio overlooking the water.

Our generously sized catering kitchen can readily handle groups of all sizes.

There is approximately 7,500 square feet on the Main Floor, including over 2,500 square feet of terrace.

  • The Prairie Sky Room is in green.
  • The Fernvale Lounge is in yellow.
  • The Colomeadow Room is in blue.
  • The Scale House is in lavender.
The Mezzanine provides two spacious changing areas that can effortlessly be transformed into additional meeting rooms. Easily accessed from these rooms is the very spacious Grand Loft overlooking the main assembly room. The Mezzanine has access from the back and the front for dramatic entrances into the Prairie Sky Room via the grand staircase.

There is approximately 2,500 square feet on the Second Floor.

  • The Grand Loft is in blue.
  • The Sunrise Room is in yellow.
  • The Harvest Room is in green.
For every season, there is a special opportunity to enjoy the farm setting. May Farms is a working farm, growing crops important to the economy of the high plains and further emphasizing the true educational experience.
